Who we are

PaperChase Consulting is a public brand of PaperChaseWebb, Inc. (“we,” “us”). This policy describes how we handle information collected through paperchaseconsulting.com and related intake forms, payment flows, and booking tools.

What we collect

• Contact and business details you submit (name, email, company, phone, role, message).
• Scorecard and intake answers (systems context, urgency, budget band, optional fit signals).
• Technical metadata needed to operate the site (e.g. user-agent on form submit, timestamps).
• Payment details are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Scheduling data if you book via Calendly.

How we use it

• Respond to inquiries and qualify fit for assessments and projects.
• Deliver paid services (e.g. Systems Ops Audit kickoff and findings).
• Operate security, abuse prevention (including honeypot fields), and audit logs.
• Improve offers and operations — never sold as a marketing list.

Where it lives

Lead and scorecard records may be stored in our Cloudflare-hosted application database and operational tools under our control. Processors may include Cloudflare (hosting/edge), Stripe (payments), and Calendly (scheduling). We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Inquiry and client records are kept as long as needed for delivery, accounting, legal obligation, or dispute resolution, then deleted or archived under our internal retention practice.

Your choices

Email mgmt@paperchasewebb.com to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal retention requirements. Do not send sensitive medical or government ID data through website forms.

Security

We use HTTPS, least-privilege access, and bounded system design. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; report concerns to mgmt@paperchasewebb.com.

Children

This site is for business operators and decision-makers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this page. The effective date above will change when material revisions ship.
